My water purifier leaked over the course of two days and soaked through the floor into the bedroom ceiling below. Charles answered my call outside of business hours and showed up within a few hours . He decided on the least invasive method to dry the area using high powered fans and a dehumidifying fan. He even worked with me on price since I would not be using homeowners insurance. Everything was dry in 3 days and he guarantees his work for a year. Most importantly, Charles was incredibly respectful of my home, cleaning up after working on an area, and covering his shoes before entering the house. I definitely recommend PuroClean for any water remediation needs!

We used PuroClean during Hurricane Hilary that hit LA, CA. Our place of business suffered a flooded basement where offices were located. After finding PuroClean online, I placed a call around 11:00 pm and explained that our basement has up to 3 inches of water. I was told they were on another job but would get to us ASAP. They arrived quickly with all the equipment needed to remove the water. After the water was removed, they quickly moved in to drying the spaces. A couple days later we had a electrical fire. I again called PuroClean for cleanup, and again a quick response. The whole experience was amazing, They were professional, Quick, and the supervisor for the job was always available by phone to answer questions. Our company would highly recommend PuroClean for water and fire damage cleanup and repair.

This PuroClean team helped me with smoke mitigation cleaning of my condo after a building fire caused damage. William was a great project leader, with Lisa coordinating the different appointments at my property through every phase of the mitigation process. Tony supervised the teams doing the packout of my contents to storage and the surface cleaning, containments, etc. All team members were reliable, professional, courteous and efficient. They sent me another great team to return my stuff after the repairs were completed. The “pack-back” team — Juan, Tosin, Umar, and Bruce— were great! I recommend this PuroClean business to do a great job for you!
