We used PuroClean during Hurricane Hilary that hit LA, CA. Our place of business suffered a flooded basement where offices were located. After finding PuroClean online, I placed a call around 11:00 pm and explained that our basement has up to 3 inches of water. I was told they were on another job but would get to us ASAP. They arrived quickly with all the equipment needed to remove the water. After the water was removed, they quickly moved in to drying the spaces. A couple days later we had a electrical fire. I again called PuroClean for cleanup, and again a quick response. The whole experience was amazing, They were professional, Quick, and the supervisor for the job was always available by phone to answer questions. Our company would highly recommend PuroClean for water and fire damage cleanup and repair. ~ CiScott

My water purifier leaked over the course of two days and soaked through the floor into the bedroom ceiling below. Charles answered my call outside of business hours and showed up within a few hours . He decided on the least invasive method to dry the area using high powered fans and a dehumidifying fan. He even worked with me on price since I would not be using homeowners insurance. Everything was dry in 3 days and he guarantees his work for a year. Most importantly, Charles was incredibly respectful of my home, cleaning up after working on an area, and covering his shoes before entering the house. This PuroClean team helped me with smoke mitigation cleaning of my condo after a building fire caused damage. William was a great project leader, with Lisa coordinating the different appointments at my property through every phase of the mitigation process. Tony supervised the teams doing the packout of my contents to storage and the surface cleaning, containments, etc. All team members were reliable, professional, courteous and efficient. They sent me another great team to return my stuff after the repairs were completed. The “pack-back” team — Juan, Tosin, Umar, and Bruce— were great! Victor was helpful, friendly, honest and clear. He did an excellent, thorough job inspecting my home for soot/ash after the fire, told me what was needed and put me completely at ease. Given my fear level after the fire, because of my asthmatic child he could have sold me anything, but he clearly and honestly made me understand that no major cleanup was necessary and backed his assessment up with expertise. The technicians, Chris and Marco came out early to my place after my insurance contacted them. They explained the whole process and answered all my questions. They Checked out all my affected rooms and the others that were adjacent. They updated me with everything that they will do and where they’re at in the process. These gentlemen are very professional. i had proclean come out to assess my water damaged roof due to a tree branch creating a hole where rain would leak through. I was greeted by who helped me quickly make a report for my insurance company and fix the damage cleanly. I had a water pipe burst not long ago; worried not knowing what to do my insurance called PuroClean. They care opened a wall and brought my home back to preexisting condition. Cris and Victor did a great job with tearing down our cabinet that got wet from the recent rains. They are very courteous, helpful and friendly. Lisa, the office manager, is great.
